What do we offer?
The foundation of an Energy Management System is a tailored energy policy and set of objectives followed by a series of inter-related and interacting elements within the organisation to achieve goals by means of a structured, disciplined and integrated approach. The overall goal is to continually reduce energy consumption, costs and CO2 emissions by a properly managed system.
At Inenco's Energy Management Standards and Systems Seminar, our energy experts will guide you through the key steps to establish, implement and maintain the system leading to improved energy performance.
We will also discuss the role of implementing an Energy Management System in achieving energy and environmental standards, such as the European Energy Management Standard, BS EN 16001. On the 22nd July 2010, the Environment Agency approved the use of BS EN 16001 within the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Early Action metric. This means that BS EN 16001 has the same status as the Carbon Trust Standard and CEMARS.
The key note speakers at these events will be Vilnis Vesma and John Mulholland. Vilnis was a member of the drafting committee for BS EN 16001. John has designed and run Energy & Environmental Awareness campaigns for large organisations for more than two decades.
