Details:
This investment in energy efficient plant for their new store was designed to both reduce energy costs and to provide a better environment for customers. Our client recognised that alongside updating plant and equipment, a cultural change would be required amongst their people. Inenco focussed specifically on the development of the training and awareness programmes needed to make best use of the new equipment. We developed a framework which blended the management of HVAC and supporting change driven by energy champions.
The implementation of Inenco's training programme has been integral to the realisation of the return on investment which delivered a 25% reduction in energy.
