Renewable Heat Incentive Launched
We are pleased to report that it has been announced by DECC (Department of Energy and Climate Change) that the Renewable Heat Incentive will be open for applications from 28th November 2011, for non-domestic generators.

Some renewable heat generators using technologies such as biomass, biogas, solar thermal and ground source heat will now be able to apply and benefit from a subsidy ranging from 1 p/kWh up to 8 p/kWh, depending on the technology and the size.

For more detailed information on how the RHI works, you can read the detailed announcement on the DECC website. If you are looking for advice on implementing the RHI for your organisation you can contact our experts.
