Position:Commercial Support Executive

General Information
We are looking for two Commercial Support Executives to work in a busy, target driven environment. Working closely alongside Business Development Managers, the aim will be to nurture business relationships, driving sales objectives by arranging meetings for the BDMs. You will have individual and team targets to meet, primarily based upon appointment setting. Key skills include excellent verbal and written communication and confidence when building relationships. Experience is preferred, although not essential and full training will be provided.

Role and Responsibilities
- Contacting prospects at Director level, promoting the Inenco brand
- Arrange meetings for Business Development Managers to expand on the initial discussions
- Ensure optimum attendance to seminars
- Update database with external company information
- Prepare and circulate briefing notes for meetings arranged
- Building client relationships

Qualifications, Skills and Personal Qualities
- Qualifications: Min. GCSE standard or relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- An aptitude for sales environments
- Enthusiastic and self motivated
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Team player
- Target driven
- Excellent organisation and time management
