General Information
The customer relationship team is the main customer facing operations team at Inenco. One of the key areas of responsibility is to ensure that we are delivering all our services in line with the contract. Client satisfaction and relationship building in order to improve customer retention is a primary objective. Each Customer Relationship Manager will have their own section of accounts and will be expected to maintain and develop these accounts in line with objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
· Focus on customer retention
· Ensure service delivery is in line with the contract
· Expectation setting
· Chair client meetings
· Build long term relationships
· Develop opportunities
· Be aware of potential issues and ensure they are addressed
· Co-ordinate the Inenco contract renewal
· General account management
· Obtain client feedback
· Regular client communication
· Disseminate client requests to internal operations teams
Qualifications, Skills and Personal Qualities
· Qualifications: Degree standard preferred or relevant experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Good literacy skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· High levels of organisation and good time management
· Lots of initiative and a willingness to learn
· Ability to work under pressure
· A professional manner and approach
