Job Title: Data Management Co-Ordinator

General Information
Data Management are a team of 47 staff members and support the Cost Control
process within Inenco for electricity, gas and water. Due to expansion, we are
looking to grow the team. After the initial training period, staff are encouraged and
supported through a continuous development program. Staff are allocated specific
accounts for which they are responsible and will need to manage their workload,
often working under pressure and to tight deadlines. This is a temporary 6 month role
with the potential to become permanent.

Role & Responsibilities
The position available involves the following responsibilities:
  • Setting up and maintaining customer site information
  • Setting up and maintaining energy supply information
  • Inputting utility invoices manually and electronically
  • Validating utility data
  • Comparison of data between spreadsheets
  • Following up problems with suppliers relating to incorrect billing
  • Providing payment journals to customers
  • Making payments to suppliers on behalf of customers
  • Liaising with colleagues regarding problems and service delivery.
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Manage personal workload within timescales

Qualifications, Skills & Personal Qualities
  • Qualifications: Min. ‘A’ level standard or relevant work experience
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • An aptitude for numbers, logical and methodical
  • Good IT skills with a sound knowledge of Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisation and time management

  • Starting salary approx. £12.5 to £14.8k depending on experience
