About Us

Inenco are a £28 million turnover, rapidly-evolving, and strategic energy management consultancy.
Based in Lytham and Liverpool, we have been a market leader for 50 years and employ more than 350 people.

We work on behalf of our clients to optimise the supply, use and cost of utilities including electricity, gas and water. We have long-term relationships with many of the UK’s largest and most powerful brands and work closely with our clients to minimise their risk whilst maximising value.

Our People

Laura Allen –  Account Support Lead

Hi, I’m Laura and my role here at Inenco is Lead Account Support. Out of work, I’m a busy Mum of an active three-year-old! I joined Inenco in August 2017 having been previously employed in the Insurance industry since leaving school.

At Inenco, I am responsible for the Account Support team, where I manage a team of 12. We support our customers with a wide range of activities including running a busy helpdesk dealing with telephone and email enquiries from our clients.

Why you work for Inenco?

It is definitely the people who work here that make this job so enjoyable and rewarding. I enjoy my role in managing the team and supporting them to deliver a high standard of customer service.

There has been lots of positive change at Inenco since I joined, which has improved the culture and the way we work together. We are working to create a sense of fun and to make sure our teams feel valued and satisfied in their role. The office is located just a few minutes’ walk from Lytham town centre and it is a lovely office environment.
