A unified Inenco – the story behind our rebrand

We’re excited to announce that Inenco is changing – we’ve unified our industrial & corporate and SME divisions to simplify and strengthen the customer experience and supplier relations, and we’ve also launched a new brand identity.

Why we made the change

Technology is transforming the way we operate across industries, and the energy market is no exception. Business energy customers need a proactive consultancy that they can depend on to help them to make the most of new opportunities. Reorganising our business by unifying our industrial & corporate and SME segments makes us best-placed to help our customers navigate the changing energy market.

We’re also exploring and investing heavily in technology in a drive to create best-in-class platforms, data analytics and interfaces that will secure a competitive advantage for our customers.

We’re also aiming to make it easier to work with us. And, as we’ll be strengthening our supplier relationships at the same time, we should be able to offer you access to a wider range of solutions to suit your changing needs.

A new identity

To mark the reorganisation of our business, we’re also launching a new brand identity. Our former strapline, ‘understanding energy’, has been replaced with ‘shaping the future of business energy’, which better describes our forward-looking approach to the market.

We also have a new logo, which has been designed to reflect our strengths and aspirations: to be transparent, vibrant, multi-faceted and unified.

A new approach

Our rebrand goes deeper than just a new visual identity – we’re also going to be taking a fresh approach to the green economy. We’re committed to providing our customers with energy solutions that meet their energy needs now and into the future, creating future-proof strategies that will give them a competitive advantage. Under our new identity, we will collaborate with our customers and suppliers to shape the future of business energy.

What will stay the same?

While there are some fundamental changes happening within Inenco, we will retain those features that have delivered lasting value to our customers for over 50 years.

Our customers will still be able to rely on us to provide them with market-leading services and expertise that is unrivalled within the industry. We’ll also maintain our total impartiality, as we believe that our independence is core to our ability to champion our customers’ best interests.
