Mark’s principal role is to identify client’s requirements and match them with energy procurement & management, OJEU compliant and energy efficiency solutions. Mark has a detailed understanding of energy procurement risk management techniques; knowledge of invoice validation and the potential opportunities; and understanding of EU directives on public procurement.

Mark primarily works with education organisations, NHS trusts, social housing providers and local authorities.

Beth is the Account Manager for our NHS client’s within the North of England, acting as the main interface between Inenco and our trusts to ensure we excel in our service delivery to the NHS. It is key for her that she understands the drivers from NHSi, CCGs and the SDU and how these impact on trusts day to day, changing their priorities and shaping how they interact with energy procurement.

Beth works primarily with NHS trusts and education organisations within Inenco, has a degree in Environment, Economics and Ecology and has previously worked in the Building Management Systems sector using data to deliver energy efficiencies and reduce the lifecycle costs of buildings.


The forum will focus on:

  • Creating your Green Plan – what you need to know.
  • Using data to baseline current performance and setting  evidence based objectives
  • Developing the right projects to best deliver your strategic objectives
  • Building robust business cases and demonstrating clear outcomes
  • Sharing best practice examples on the journey to carbon net zero


We will also be allowing time in the agenda to focus on topics of concern or interest to our delegates and will invite all registrants to identify the right “hot topics” they would like us to cover.
